Midwest Appliance Repair Heating & Cooling provided excellent service for my washer & garbage disposal repair. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed both washer & garbage disposal and explained the warranties offered on parts and labor. I will recommend him to my friends.

Well had emergency and missed the return call to install a part, our fault but don't make it any easier have wait for a reschedule to actually attempt to make the original repair and will update whenever that can be done.

So far to today the company was very good to work with, Dave the repair man is. Very nice, professional,  knowledgable repairman, and we glad he's is handling our repair.

Very professional over the phone and in person. Arrived as promised. Did diagnostics of our washer/dryer, answered any an all questions of what he was testing. Showed us what the issues were. Told us parts needed a when they would possibly arrive. ( I use the word possibly arrive because manufacturing & manufacturers of parts).

UPDATE: Parts arrive & completion of repair completed as promised.

Will definitely call them again without hesitation.  Reasonably priced as well.

Service rep Greg was straight-up great, did exactly what was needed, cleaned up everything, came early both times, and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything about our Bosch replacement of the ice-maker motor (and used OEM parts as per instructed by me).

Highly recommend Midwest Appliance, service was outstanding and the cost was exactly as stated, no add-ons. We discussed the owner of the company and Greg said he’s very hands-on, and keeps his employees well versed through extensive training.

I called last Friday regarding our Samsung dryer making a noise. They were able to come Tuesday on Christmas eve and sure enough it was the dryer rollers. The technician was quick and professional fixing the issue in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Midwest Appliance Repair!
